Avan Peydaiesh Design & Build Studio

Where ideas become space, and design evolves naturally into execution.

Avan Peydaiesh was established with an integrated, forward-looking approach to bridge the gap between conception and construction, creating a new standard of quality, precision, and coordination in architectural projects. At Avan Peydaiesh, we believe architecture finds its true meaning when aesthetic value is balanced with the client’s practical needs and the integrity of the overarching design concept. This belief places the seamless integration of design and execution teams at the core of our working model—an approach that minimizes discrepancies throughout the design and construction process, accelerates decision-making, and enhances project delivery in terms of both time and quality. Our practice is structured around two specialized entities:
Avan Architecture Studio, led by Farzaneh Heratian, focuses on conceptual design, creative ideation, design development, architectural detailing, and the creation of distinctive spatial identities.

Peydaiesh Execution Studio, led by Amin Shirvani, specializes in construction management, quality control, and the precise realization of the architectural vision.
The synergy between these two entities positions Avan Peydaiesh as an integrated practice that guides each project from the earliest stages of conceptual exploration through construction and final handover, with accountability, precision, and professional expertise at every stage.

Avan Peydaiesh ;The co-evolution of design and execution, creating spaces that leave a lasting impression.
